Gulnara

Gulnara is an OOAK hand sculpted mini baby doll. She is made of clay and has been painted with acrylic paints. I have given her beautifully painted hair and eye brows. She has 10mm Lauscha glass eyes, which I believe are the best. I have given Gulnara a coat of matt varnish for protection, and semi-gloss varnish on her nostrils, lips and nails. She is 13cm tall (sitting) and anatomically female.

I have sewn this kerchief for Gulnara. It is made of cotton with ribbon ties and lace trimming. I have sewn matching cotton panties with an organic look.

I made this wreath for Gulnara. It is held by cotton threads and the leaves are made of mulberry paper. I made the necklace and beaded bracelet to go with this. The necklace needs to be tied at the back and the bracelet is elasticated. This rug, made of natural fibers, was woven by me for Gulnara to sit on. She is a traditional baby girl who lives in a village surrounded by nature.

I have knitted a cotton hat and sewn a cotton nappy for her. The nappy fastens with Velcro and so can be taken off and put on.
